1. Using RoomEz

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use RoomEz. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done under your account.

2. Listings & content

Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy of listings and for having the legal right to sublease, transfer, or assign their lease. Renters are responsible for their messages and conduct.

We may remove any listing or account that violates these terms or our community standards.

3. No agency relationship

RoomEz is a marketplace. We don't own, operate, or manage any of the properties listed. Any agreement is solely between renter and host.

4. Limitation of liability

RoomEz is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
