Every host and renter goes through ID verification before they can message or be messaged. Look for the verified badge on profiles you can trust.
Hosts upload proof of their lease so you know the place is actually theirs to sublet, take over, or assign. We don't share lease docs publicly — only verification status.
Talk to hosts inside RoomEz. We never share your phone number or email until you choose to. Suspicious behavior gets flagged automatically.
We always recommend signing a written sublease agreement and paying via traceable methods. Never wire money or pay outside what your host's lease allows.
